Leadership for me encompasses a number of key skills: having a vision, an effective communicator, the ability to engage and actively listen, someone who can easily build relationships and networks - and lastly experience. It is these skills which will enable Michelle to lead our constituency in the next election battle and more importantly provide the crucial leadership required as we move towards the final #indyref2.
